The Angels - Beacons of Hope website is owned and operated by Angels Beacons of Hope, a charity registered under the laws of Ireland.

By using the Angels - Beacons of Hope website or registering with Angels - Beacons of Hope, users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The provision of any services by Angels - Beacons of Hope for a user shall be subject to these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

1.2 All contracts concluded on this website shall be in the English language

1.3 Please note that Angels - Beacons of Hope keep a record of User's registration details and details of any donations made by or to a User for the duration of any User's registration with the Website and for a period of [6] years thereafter.

1.4 Angels - Beacons of Hope reserves the right to refuse registration of any User at its absolute discretion.

2. Charities

About the charities and organisations that feature on Angels - Beacons of Hope:

2.1 Angels - Beacons of Hope does not accept any liability for donations made by Users .

2.2 Angels - Beacons of Hope shall not have any responsibility for or liability in connection with the activities of charities registered with this Website.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 For Your information, Angels - Beacons of Hope has agreed with each charity supported on this Website that fees and bank fees will automatically be deducted from every donation made using the Website as follows:

3.1.1 Angels - Beacons of Hope charges a fee of 0% on every donation made.

3.1.2 The processing bank charges a fee of 2% of every donation made.

3.2 Therefore a total of 2% is deducted from every donation. As an example, if 10.00 Euro is donated to a charity via the website, 20 cents of fees will automatically be deducted and 9.80 Euro will actually be transferred to the charity.

3.3 YOUR DONATION WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY BY ANGELS - BEACONS OF HOPE AND THE PROCESSING BANK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF FRAUD, YOU SHALL NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OF YOUR DONATION AND IN PLACING A DONATION, YOU WAIVE ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE TO CANCELLATION OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DONATION BY ANGELS - BEACONS OF HOPE.

4. Credit Card Payment

4.1 Users making donations by charge card or credit card hereby agree and assure Angels - Beacons of Hope that:

4.1.1 all charge card or credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete;

4.1.2 the person making the donation is duly authorized to use the charge card or credit card for that purpose; and

4.1.3 the donation and the fees will be honored by the donor's credit card company.

4.2 If You discover that a donation has been made on this website site using Your charge card or credit card details in circumstances where You had not agreed to or authorised this, then (provided You have not, through failure to take reasonable care, allowed an unauthorised person to gain access to Your credit card details or password) Angels - Beacons of Hope is required to refund to You the money they receive provided that: (a) You inform Your credit card or charge card company and Angels - Beacons of Hope of the unauthorised payment as soon as You discover it; and (b) You co-operate with Your credit card company and Angels - Beacons of Hope and, if necessary, the police in relation to the unauthorised use.

4.3 All donations made via the Website are final unless fraudulent use of the card is proven in accordance with clause 4.2.

5. Protecting Your password

5.1 It is up to each User to protect their username and password for their Angels - Beacons of Hope account. The User is responsible for all activities that occur under its password.

5.2 By accepting these terms and conditions You agree that Angels - Beacons of Hope takes no responsibility for fraudulent use of any Angels - Beacons of Hope account whereby the username and password has been used to access the account.

5.3 If You believe that Your username and password has been compromised and / or is being used by another person, we recommend that You change Your username and password immediately or contact us using the details on the about us page.

6. Use of Your donation

6.1 Users hereby acknowledge that Angels - Beacons of Hope has no control over the use of donations which are made to charities supported by this site.

6.2 Angels - Beacons of Hope takes no responsibility for Your dissatisfaction with the use of Your donation to any charity.

6.3 If You have cause for dissatisfaction with the use of Your donation You may contact the charity directly using the contact details provided on the Website.

7. Privacy and security policy

7.1 Angels - Beacons of Hope's privacy and security policy forms part of the terms and conditions of use of this site, and acceptance of these terms and condition assumes acceptance of the privacy and security policy.

8. User Conduct and Content

8.1 Users agree to act in a responsible and legal manner when using the Website. 8.5 In addition to any other remedies available to Angels - Beacons of Hope pursuant to this Agreement, the User agrees to indemnity and hold Angels - Beacons of Hope harmless for any losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatever nature, arising as a result of breach of clause 8.2.

9.1 The Website contains links to the charities supported by Angels - Beacons of Hope.

9.2 Angels - Beacons of Hope accepts no liability in connection with any third party site accessed via a link from this Website, or any contract entered into or through a third party website. Angels - Beacons of Hope does not provide any warranties in respect of the content of any third party websites accessed via a link from this website.

9.3 Any relationship that a User forms with any organisation supported by the Angels - Beacons of Hope website is the responsibility of the user.

10.1 The Angels - Beacons of Hope name and logo are the property of Angels Beacons Of Hope Limited and may not be used in any way without express written permission from Angels Beacons Of Hope Limited.

Angels - Beacons of Hope retains the rights to the Website IP and reserves all rights in respect of same.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and any disputes arising in any way in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
